For this project, I was given the task to research protected forests and parks, select a theme, and design a set of six badges. The set was to have a cohesive color scheme, typeface(s), and illustrative content. Deciding on a reptilian & amphibian theme, I selected parks/forests well-known for being home to various animals of these categories. Imagery of the landscapes and creatures, native to these areas contained many neutrals and greens. In my depiction, I combined the use of neutral and bold colors to create an energetic representation.
